Rite of Adoption
“My Brother, these gloves are intended for the Woman who represents your perfect antithetic polarity, the Lunar”. (From a Man's Initiation in the Ancient and Primitive Oriental Rite of Misraim and Memphis.)
“Offer these gloves in Men's your assessment and your affection”. (From a Woman's Initiation in the Ancient and Primitive Oriental Rite of Misraim and Memphis.)
With honor and respect, the Ancient and Primitive Rite of Misraim and Memphis maintains for Women separate Lodges with corresponding Rituals (which were raised in Venice on 1801 inspired from the Egyptian Rite of Cagliostro and preserved from the Misraim Rite). Each Woman who participates in these Rituals is working on her character's refining and enhancement, whereby ameliorates the conditions of the whole human fraternity.
The Ancient and Primitive Rite of Misraim and Memphis, does not adopt tactics such as aggregate or mixed Initiation. The Feminine nature necessitates different functions than the male nature.
The Initiation of a Woman is Lunar, while the Man's Initiation is Solar. Therefore, in Female Lodges, a man always assists, delivering the Light in the Feminine Lodge. This Man has to bear high Rite's degree. The Feminine Rite had been reposed for over a century, till its final revival during the Winter Solstice of 1971, by the Sovereign Grand General Hierophant of the Ancient and Primitive Rite of Misraim and Memphis, Gastone Ventura 33° 90° 97° .
The Feminine Egyptian Rite of Adoption is dependent on the Emperor, Sovereign Grand General Hierophant, Sovereign General Grand Master, of both Hemispheres. He is succoured by and associates with the Superb Grand Master-Queen of Sheba, who is nominated by him and is chosen between the Perfect Egyptian Preceptresses Sisters (4°).
